Weekly Pay! $32.00/Hour Shift: Monday - Friday 7am - 3:30 pm Shift needs as determined by the business. The final offer will be determined by the hiring manager. NOTE: Interviews are held virtually Monday - Thursday only. THIS IS NOT A MATERIAL HANDLER POSITION Your Role: We are seeking contract professionals for Megasys Technician roles supporting client Electronics! This is a challenging, hands-on, rewarding job opportunity for people who want to join a growing business in a career role. This contract engagement offers on-the-job training for quickly learning critical technical skills to excel in this role and be considered for converting to permanent as determined by supervisors and business needs. Technicians work on systems and maintain supply of chemicals and gases to a semiconductor manufacturing environment that makes the chips used in electronic devices such as Smart Phones, LEDs, and Flat Screen TV's Technicians will be responsible for the safe operation of assigned chemical and/or gas distribution systems, with duties including: Handling and change-out of gas, chemical, and slurry containers Gas and chemical equipment troubleshooting and preventative/repair maintenance Computer operations to support job functions and customer needs Support of quality systems Physical Attributes: Occasionally climbing ladders (utilizing fall protection) In some cases, Technicians must put on Supplied Contained Breathing Air Respirator (this type of respirator provides air from a cylinder through a mask connected to the cylinder) while working with chemicals (approx. 10-15 minutes Basic lifting (up to 40lbs) Bending of the knees and overhead reaching PPE made available to workers includes safety glasses, hard hat, ear plugs, chemical aprons, gloves, etc. Worker will be provided with vouchers to purchase safety boots, which they are required to wear Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in maintenance or as an equipment technician or in a mechanical or electronic environment is a plus Previous experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is helpful but not a must Proficient with MS Office Suite Military training is welcomed Strong technical aptitude Excellent communication skills ONBOARDING & CLEARANCE TO START: Completed Onboarding form and Signed NDA form Site-specific requirements Physical which includes a Qualitative Fit Test ? once complete send all results to the MSP Specialist for clearance to start. Last 6-digits of Social Security number Personal email address Front and Back copy of government-issued valid ID Respirator Fit Test will be administered during orientation All workers start on Mondays |
