Position: Production Associate Company: JobsRUs.com Location: Hicksville, NY (must be within a 20 minute drive) Pay Rate: $17.00/hour ($18.00/hour once converted to permanent) Work Schedule: Starting with four days (MON, TUE, WED & THU) from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am. Shift may change to five days (Mondays - Fridays) with Fridays as a 12-hour shift from 5:00 pm to 5:00 am if workload increases. Temp to Perm: Possible The Production Associate is responsible for meeting production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards. This role requires self-reliance, attention to detail, and the ability to work under limited supervision. ?Self-Reliant and able to accurately work under limited supervision ? Attending area of transfer from filler to chiller. ? Inform Supervisors and or Lead of any discrepancy on product information. ? Transferring carts of production in and out of chillers and placing them orderly at the WIP area. ? Orient product alignment in the Garvey table area ? Flip trays in chillers when needed. ? Reworking product that is below specifications. ? Keeping work area clean and organized, following the ?5 S? program. ? Promoting a safe work environment at all times. Requirements ?18 years or older ?Ability to read, write, comprehend, and follow instructions ?Basic mathematical skills ?Frequent movement, including walking, standing, bending, lifting, and other active movements ?Able to lift up to 50 lbs ?Able to work in noisy environments ?Working across temperature zones, including cold environments ?High School diploma or GED-equivalent ?Preferred Education and Experience: ?Bilingual in Spanish Apply today for your interview for these Production Positions. | |
