JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Data Entry Clerk for our client in Atlanta, GA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $50.00/Hour Job Summary: A dedicated full-time resource and member of NAOU QSE team, this position will be responsible for data collection, completeness, accuracy and timely completion from bottling entities. Job Description: The resource would help the Technical Operations Team and the QSE Team in data collection from both production and non-production facilities in our internal data platform ? KOSMOS. Follow guidelines and timelines on data collection. Establish a cadence on communications with NAOU?s bottling partners for submission of data. Ensure data completion and accuracy. Check plausibility reports for anomalies, variances, and outliers on a routine basis. Follow up with facilities on the plausibility report. Conduct trainings to facilities? teams on using the KOSMOS platform. Work with the Bottling Units to ensure the hygiene of the data and ensuring timely entering of the data into KOSMOS. Assist in conducting audits at bottling facilities for data verification and collaborating on corrective action plans based on the audit observations. Conduct follow-up reviews on corrective action plans. Support QSE Team for providing relevant data for creating monthly dashboards. Understand Key Performance Indicators and report on trends and forecasts. Help bottler facilities? teams to develop systems and procedures for data collection, verification and submission. Assist in launching new data and reporting campaigns. Qualification: College Degree preferably in Data Management, Finance or Environmental Sciences Experience: 2-3 Years in data management and analysis. Sustainability background/experience preferred. | |
