Weekly Pay! $17.85/Hour Description: Analyzes and evaluates customer invoices that are currently overdue and performs checks with respect to deliveries, Continuously performs account reconciliation, and reports on discrepancies. Performs invoice verification, in cooperation with Purchase order and customer. May contact customer to clarify to resolve disputed balances and invoice issues. Recommends and identifies reasons to reduce future overdue invoices Thinking then is focused on analyzing, evaluating, prioritizing, and solving operational issues and incidents or on optimizing tools used in process. While working under supervision, position is designed to be largely independent with account receivables aged balance reviewed weekly. They focus on interpretation and application of procedures, analyze issues, implement changes, and may advise and guide operational positions in their area of specialism. Requirements: Entry-level academic Bachelor positions, needed sound knowledge on principles, technologies and theories certifications in specific fields might be required Bachelor Entry; or: with initial experience; ( -2 years) Professional Qualification with basic knowledge in a technical field. Strong attention to detail and ability to convert large volumes of data into actionable information, Must have Intermediate skills in Excel to include (V-lookups, Pivot tables, Sum if Formulas,etc.) Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task and address competing priorities, while ensuring deadlines are met on time and with 100% accuracy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required. Knowledge of SAP is a plus Must live in the Orlando, FL area. Clear Bkg/Clear DS. | |
