We are looking for General Manager in a high paced atmosphere!! Salary $100,000- $130,000 DOE As the General Manager you will be working in a large volume, high paced atmosphere and are responsible for overseeing a team of 10+ managers and their teams which could be over 150 employees total! You will be responsible for recruiting and hiring staff to meet required staffing levels. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding all financial goals. You will assist in developing a successful marketing strategy! Required skills: *MUST HAVE 5 years of experience coordinating food service operations *Experience managing large teams *Extensive food and beverage knowledge including but not limited to French Cuisine *Ability to work flex schedule that will include nights and weekends as needed *Experience with Microsoft office suite *Basic comprehensive knowledge of P&L *Ability to maintain all employee files | |
