Weekly Pay! $16.77/Hour Shift:5:30PM-3:30AM Responsibilities: Produce high-quality medical devices in a manufacturing cell. Perform assembly, repair, and testing tasks on pacemakers, ICDs, leads, and related medical device assemblies. Follow standardized procedures under close supervision. Maintain accurate documentation for cell operations. Communicate effectively with manufacturing management. Maintain a positive attitude with internal and external customers. Ensure safety compliance during all operations. Contribute to continuous improvement and quality initiatives. Demonstrate understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles. Collaborate with supervisors to set and monitor performance goals. Support Divisional initiatives and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written procedures. Proficiency in utilizing electronic data collection systems and computer software. Strong prioritization skills. Proficient in handling small components. Capable of making critical decisions with minimal supervision. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. | |
