JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Functional Analyst for our client in Houston, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $85.71/Hour The Workday HCM Business Analyst will assist client in its implementation of Workday?s Human Capital Management (HCM) system for 26,000 Colleagues in 15 countries. The modules implemented will be Core, Basic Comp, Performance & Talent, Recruiting, Absence, Learning, and additionally in Canada, Payroll and Time Tracking. The project also includes as first steps a global Job Architecture redesign and optimization of key Workday organizations. The Business Analyst will play an important role in ensuring the project?s success by identifying, gathering, and analyzing data related to the project. This will require working with various members of client?s global HR and Tech teams, among others. client will partner with a 3rd party to carry out the implementation, and this role will also work with that party to facilitate collecting and providing information to them as needed. The Business Analyst should be a mature professional who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. Responsibilities Identify, gather, and analyze data which client needs for its Global Workday HCM project Collect policies and practices, both global and local, for review & synthesis Participate and help drive the analysis of the current Workday organization configuration (ex: Locations, Custom Orgs) Complete ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests by working with HR Analytics and HRIS globally Write business, functional, and technical requirements as needed for documentation, testing, and other purposes Create presentations and Excel analyses Work directly with internal and external stakeholders, including client Tech and HRIS, as well as client?s selected implementation partner Follow up and influence others to help achieve positive project outcomes Proactively recognize and communicate issues Experience Experience with Canadian Payroll Preferred, but not required 3+ years of experience with Workday Core HCM or other relevant Workday modules Experience in Human Resources along with Workday is a plus Technology Skills Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint. Smartsheet experience preferred. Other Qualifications Detail-oriented, self-starter, good with time management Analytical mindset with ability to see trends and identify larger insights Great written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills & team-orientation |
