Location: San Diego, CA 92121 Shift Options: 1st shift: 5am-1:30pm Pay rate $19.00 2nd shift: 1:30-10pm. Pay rate $19.50 3rd shift: 10pm-5am pay rate $20.00 (MUST BE ABLE TO TRAIN ON 1ST OR 2ND SHIFT FOR THE FIRST 2 WEEKS OF TRAINING) ALL SHIFT MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVERTIME AS NEEDED. Benefits: 401K Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Weekly Pay (every Friday) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read, write, and comprehend English specifications and perform basic math calculations. Competent computer skills for data entry in a testing environment (MUST HAVE COMPUTER SKILLS-PLEASE ADD RELEVANT INFORMATION ON RESUME TO BE CONSIDERED). Responsibilities: Testing finished good devices through multiple process flow: Perform assembly, testing, and packaging tasks for medical devices. Flashing software on devices Performing electrical safety checks Conduct quality inspections according to specifications. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors. Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality guidelines. Work collaboratively in a team environment. Maintain punctuality and flexibility in working hours. Willingness to undertake various tasks and responsibilities. Ability to meet physical demands such as standing, walking, sitting for extended periods, and occasional lifting. Performing electrical safety checks. Performance testing of devices. Multiple Quality inspections and packaging.
