Weekly Pay! $19.00/Hour 8:00 am - 5:00 pm The RQC Technician is part of a team that ensures the quality of baked goods. Their main job is to check and record the quality of ingredients and finished products from various bakeries. They also coordinate logistics for collecting samples, follow specific procedures for analysis and inspections, and communicate findings to the bakeries. Responsibilities include: Acting as a backup for the Regional Quality Center Technician. Following company policies, especially regarding safety and ethics. Coordinating sample collection from bakeries and suppliers. Managing shipping costs and reporting. Storing samples properly. Following analysis and inspection procedures outlined in the manual. Documenting results and communicating with bakeries. Maintaining the center's working conditions. Supporting projects and providing feedback for improvement. Participating in weekly calls and training programs. Requirements: 2-3 years of experience in food manufacturing quality assurance. Ability to work independently in a remote location. Willingness to work shifts and travel occasionally. Experience in product scoring. Basic computer skills. Bachelor's degree in relevant field. Organized, disciplined, and proactive. | |
