Weekly Pay! $27.00/Hour Description: THE TEAM: The mission of the Client Global Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) team is to support employee wellbeing by creating a safe and healthy work environment, while ensuring compliance with relevant safety and environmental regulations. THE OPPORTUNITY: Client Global EHS is seeking a temporary EHS associate in El Segundo, California. This position will work closely with the regional, N.A. EHS team to assist with administrative tasks, regulatory compliance reporting, and the routine execution of selected EHS programs. An ideal candidate would be a self-starter, team player who possesses curiosity for learning and good communication skills. WHAT YOUR IMPACT WILL BE: Supporting COVID-19 case tracking and contact tracing Assisting in the administration of the workers? compensation program Assisting with the preparation of EHS regulatory reports Coordinating rideshare program to facilitate vanpool and carpool Assisting in the Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) Assisting with the spill inspection on a monthly or ad-hoc basis Supporting other routine EHS tasks as needed WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR: High school diploma Self-starter, open to learn new skills Good communication skills Ability to maintain confidentiality Proficient in Microsoft Office Prior work experience in EHS-related field is preferred (but not a must) | |
