JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Yard Operations Assistant for our client in Aldie! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM Weekdays. Requires a high school diploma or GED. As a Yard Operations Associate, your main job is to help keep the yard running smoothly. This means you might use big or small machines, load and unload stuff, and make sure everything is where it should be. You'll also help with paperwork and make sure things are safe. Here's what you'll do: . Help machine operators by keeping an eye out for them and making sure everything's safe. . Move stuff around using machines and make sure it's all secure. . Make sure the workplace is safe by following safety rules and checking the equipment. . Get deliveries, count them, and put the info into the computer. You'll also pack things up neatly. . Drive big machines like forklifts or trucks to move heavy stuff. . Load and unload things from trucks and trailers. . Keep records neat and tidy. . Keep the place clean and safe. . Check if we got everything we ordered and tell the boss if something's wrong. . Talk to customers nicely if you see them around. We want someone who has used machines before, knows their way around a warehouse, and can be friendly to customers. | |
