Industry: Admin/Clerical Type of Work: Temporary (4-12 weeks, could be longer) Work Schedule: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday Weekly Pay: $20 per hour Accounts Payable Administrator Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Administrator is a key support role within the Finance & Admin Department, reporting directly to the Controller. This position involves data entry, general administrative tasks, and providing transactional support for accounts payable activities. Accounts Payable Administrator Essential Functions: Provide clear and accurate communication to employees and vendors regarding accounts payable matters. Support the accounting department by: A. Entering accounts payable invoices B. Executing weekly check runs C. Managing filing tasks D. Handling scanning duties E. Maintaining the accounting email account F. Undertaking other duties as assigned, with the possibility of increased responsibilities as needed. Knowledge and Experience: Ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficient computer skills, including the MS Office Suite. Previous bookkeeping experience is preferred. Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. An Associate's degree OR three (3) years or more of related bookkeeping or administrative experience is preferred.
