Pay Rate - $23.50/hr Job Description Performs routine collections outreach on B2B clients and resolves payment discrepancies when necessary. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Day to Day: handling Top 100 enterprise accounts Know how to work with business collections, tech industry preferred Deal with sales reps, outside management companies, show leadership and people skills to effectively communicate Experience: Must have a min 3 years expertise in collections Business to Business (B2B is an absolute must). Must be proficient with both Excel and Google sheets Ideally knowledge of the following tools are pluses but not required: HRC (aka High Radius), Zora and Salesforce | |
