JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Warehouse Associate for our client in Decatur, AL! Pay rate: 19.00 Monday through Friday 7 am to 3:30 pm 1/2 hour unpaid lunch. Attendance is very critical in this role. Picking product, receiving of materials, putting away, labeling. Unloading, UPS and FEDEX, Can use forklift if they have experience otherwise they do not need to use. Pay attention to what they are picking, Over 2000 items they are picking from and looking for accuracy, Able to learn the locations of all materials. Able to complete cycle counts. Manual lifting is pretty light but could be up to 35 lbs. Hiring manager will interview candidates and offer a pay rate that is equivalent to their skill set based on the job. Please remind your candidates when submitting them the range of pay and that the highest rate is not guaranteed. Must be able to pass a gov. background check to get onto customers site. Hiring managers 3 top items of consideration: Detail oriented Dependability (reliable transportation) Willingness to grow Qualifications: A background in Warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory is preferred. Product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn it. Forklift Operator experience is a plus but not required. Responsibilities: Pull and prepare orders. Receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material. Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure and safe at all times. | |
