Your Role Lead projects associated with healthcare B2B products relating to the Baxter Respiratory Health organization. Understand the customer decision funnel: awareness, consideration, purchase and loyalty. Implement lean projects to improve targeted sections of the decision funnel. Measure your results. Pitch your results to business executives and make a recommendation to scale up, iterate or kill. The MBA Health Tech Product/Marketing Management summer opportunity will last 10-12 weeks from May until August. Your Responsibilities Understand & analyze the current market situation Lead projects across multiple functions Partner with appropriate stakeholders from various functions to execute within the time frames Analyze, review and create executive level reporting on portfolios, programs, and work-streams Constant communication with stakeholders What We Are Looking For Currently completing first year MBA degree Strong analytical skills Interest in Business Intelligence or Sales Operations post-graduation Background in business 4+ years business experience ? knowledge of medical products and markets a plus Structured, process and result oriented way of working Thinks strategically and critically in building long-term plans Project management experience a plus Problem solving skills Understands broader strategic context of initiatives and project work beyond own assignment Strong planning and organization skills Effective written and verbal communication skills Effectively builds and manages relationships, partners and networks within the organization Is effective at executing independent and interdependent tasks and activities Is effective at collaborating Assumes responsibility for task without prompting or direction Appropriate judgment in terms of escalation points and issue resolution Comfortable interacting with middle, senior & executive management Ability to convince / persuade senior managers and work with them to develop, launch and measure programs |
