Shift = Monday thru Thursday 6am-6pm Pay rate: $ 34.10/hr Benefits: 401k Health, Dental and Vision Insurance Weekly Pay (Every Friday) This position is highly technical working on machines that manufacture medical equipment Must have awareness of FDA and ISO regulations Must have good job history Must have high school diploma or GED + relevant experience Job Responsibilities Performs routine set up, operation, minor and major routine maintenance, preventative maintenance (PM) and troubleshooting of highly complex/automated manufacturing equipment. Controls and adjusts machine settings. Perform mechanical, pneumatic and electrical maintenance (including preventive) repairs, adjustments, inspection and monitoring of production and/or facilities related equipment and machinery. Responsible for preventive maintenance scheduling, completion of work orders and tasks as assigned. Supports installation and removal of equipment, and performance of required corrective maintenance. Monitors the production lines and proactively evaluates equipment performance for repairs and continuous improvement. Demonstrate mechanical aptitude to complete changeover of equipment and some operator level preventive maintenance. Checks work using prescribed gauges, jigs and fixtures to measure close tolerances. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED & Certificate and 2 years of experience in relevant field High School Diploma or GED with 4 years relevant experience required Relevant Fields: Electrical / Electronics Technician, Electromechanical Technician, Mechanical Engineering Technician, Industrial Programmer, Electrician, Machine Builder / Repairer, Machinist, Refrigeration Mechanic, Welding Repairs. Must be knowledgeable in the following areas o Use of a PC including MS Excel & MSWord. o Demonstrate mechanical aptitude o Demonstrate electrical aptitude o Demonstrate hydraulics, pneumatics aptitude o Ability to use multimeter o Sensor technology o Basic plumbing (fluid and pneumatic) o Power transmission (gear box, motors, belt and chain drives) BD04123JD | |
