Weekly Pay! $20.00/Hour Description: Job Responsibilities: Analyze and correct daily EDI freight bill errors Process paper freight, switch and transload invoices Ensure rail lease and accessorial invoices are processed or disputed within pay terms using Maximo Complete monthly carrier aging's Assist with receivable processing Manage internal and external customer relationships Cross train on all rail payables desks Duties are subject to change and list does not include all responsibilities. Job Requirements: H.S. diploma required plus minimum of 2 years equivalent general office/accounting experience preferred Excellent data entry, keyboard, multi-line telephone and ten key skills Basic understanding of mathematical/accounting procedures is required Attention to detail and the ability to locate discrepancies are essential for this position Ability to work independently as well as on a team Excellent organizational and time-management skills Knowledge of Maximo, OPGO, CICS, and IMS systems preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is required Relocation assistance is not available with this position.
