JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire an Accounting Clerk for our client! Benefits Available! Pay Rate - $ Shift: Flexible start and end times but must be online during core hours of 10am-2pm Pacific Job Description ? Assist with general accounts payable tasks and projects as assigned ? Supervise email inbox?s for assigned tasks ? Review invoices: input key financial information such as purchase order, project ID, prepaid expense classification, and accounting date ? Provide outstanding customer service to internal stakeholders and external suppliers ? Closely coordinate with the Purchasing team to clear PO match exceptions Tasks: support various projects (supplier and data integrity programs); working with the supplier database (activate / deactivate), new payment program introduction (data entry), onboard and integrate the new company that Z just recently acquired MUST HAVES: Secondary monitor and required cables Outlook, Excel and Google Sheets, 3-5 yrs of experience with an AP or Accounting CLERK role, but if they have Workday experience, hiring manager would consider only 2+ yrs of solid AP experience/ accounting + AP experience Detail oriented, adaptable and good communication skills (to communicate with stakeholders). Will be taking direction on a daily basis from manager, as every day can potentially have a different project to work on to include but not limited to projects such as reviewing and maintaining supplier data base, prepping and submitting data for a payment pilot program, onboard vendors into workday for invoicing, maintenance, etc. HUGE PLUS to have Workday Experience. | |
