JobsRUs.com is seeking to hire a Lab Technician for our client in The Woodlands, TX! Start: ASAP Base Pay Rate: $19.75/hr. Role 1: Hours: 6am-2:30pm or 2:00pm-10:30pm opening on either (7% shift differential on second shift/ temp to perm potential) Role 2: Hours: 6am-2:30pm Position available for DNA production - Synthesis/cleaving-deprotection areas. Skills required: -Detail oriented -Multitasker -Basic PC skills (Microsoft, IE, web-based applications) -Flexibility to work more than 8 hours -Technical Skills: *Science background desired *Basic math skills *Basic reading/writing skills 1-2 year college courses working towards a scientific degree -lab experience very helpful either in previous position or in school -Knowledge on how to use equipment and instruments in a lab setting very helpful | |
