Seeking to hire Warehouse Workers for our client in Memphis, TN. Benefits and weekly pay available! Monday to Friday 2nd shift 1p to 930p Description Assembles the companys products into complete packages through repetitive tasks. Responsibilities may include labeling packages, operating production equipment, organizing manuals, sorting items, and packaging products. Maintains records to meet government standards when required. General Profile This is an entry level position that requires little to no prior training or work experience. Work is supervised closely with limited autonomy. Duties are clearly defined with detailed instructions provided. Functional Knowledge Develops skills to perform basic repetitive and manual activities required for the job. Business Expertise Understands own tasks and their role within the team. Does not have supervisory responsibilities. Problem Solving Uses established procedures to complete straightforward tasks limited opportunity to solve complex problems. Interpersonal Skills Basic communication skills and common courtesy are required. Typical Education High School Diploma or equivalent.
