Weekly Pay! $20.43/Hour Shift Timings:8:00AM-5:00PM Description: Client Rapid Diagnostics is part of Client Diagnostics family of businesses, bringing together exceptional teams of experts and industry leading technologies to support diagnostic testing which provides important information for treatment and management of diseases and other conditions. The position of Logistics Coordinator is within Infectious Disease ? Lateral Flow located at Westbrook, Maine. This role will provide customer service to the Shared Services Center (SSC) and all international/external Client subsidiaries as well as ?other entities.? This role will also be responsible for communication to any third Party (3 PL) or other site Warehouse locations for inbound and out bound trucks. This job description will be reviewed periodically and is subject to change by management. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides customer service to SSC, and all internal/external Client departments/sites Works with the distribution Center (DC) warehouse on outgoing/incoming cargo Coordinates all shipments expedited from the Scarborough site Approves and submits all invoices and credit memos to SSC and other customer if required Assigns and coordinates all Return Authorization (RA) goods coming back into the building Plan and track shipment of final products according to customer requirements Prepare accurate reports for upper management Arrange same-day deliveries whenever possible Prepare accurate invoices BASIC QUALIFICATIONS | EDUCATION: 5+ years' experience in customer service or logistics management PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Logistics or Business Analytics Previous customer service experience COMPETENCIES: Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP) Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Keen on working in a fast-paced environment An equal opportunity employer, Client welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
