Growing electronic contract manufacturer located in Carlsbad is seeking Assemblers & Crimping Machine operators for their production line. Crimping Machine Operator, Pay Rate $17/hr to $20/hr Wire Stripping, Pay Rate $17/hr to $20/hr Wire Tinning, Pay Rate $16/hr to $18/hr 2nd shift: M-Th 3pm-12:30 am every other Friday 3:00pm - 11:30 pm, every other Friday off. Duties: Run the cable prepping equipment Reference assigned jobs from the Hit List and locate the corresponding work order job using the work order number and assembly part number Work is expected to be accurately assembled to the correct standard, soldered or crimped properly Maintain a clean and organized work station and adhere to all guidelines for PPE, tool use, etc Qualifications The position requires attention to detail and dexterity with small parts. Ability to read documentation, drawings, and process control instructions. Experience soldering preferred but not required. Reports any defects to supervisor. Maintains clean and safe work environment. | |
