Job Description
? Research membership and compliance topics with state and industry agencies;
oversee a specific region of markets and act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME)
for your region.
? Manage Participant & Subscriber licensees with their MLS & Association memberships including:
o Review and advise licenses on ensuring all industry and compliance
requirements are met.
o Prepare new applications and submit all filings and forms accurately and
responsibly.
o Provide payment assistance and reconcile expenses related to
applications, renewals and general membership maintenance.
o Facilitate and complete documentation signings with internal licensees
during onboarding, renewals and offboarding.
? Analyze inconsistent membership records and review external rosters to ensure
compliance.
? Maintain, monitor and update membership and licensing records in key
Compliance Management Systems (CMS) including Workday, Airtable and
Smartsheet.
? Review and process inbound brokerage communications, utilizing a vast network
of internal and external partners to route communications accordingly; record and
analyze inbound communications by type, flagging key trends or issues
appropriately.
? Plan and coordinate consistent communications and helpful reminders to our
licensees as it pertains to membership updates, upcoming renewals, etc.
? Process listing and member violation notices and handle fines to ensure timely
payment of applicable MLS fines or violations.
? Partner with the Brokerage Operations/RREO/Legal team to address repeat
offenders and ensure we remain compliant with our MLS and
Association memberships.

This is a clerical need that aids in the processing of applications for MLS memberships. Will assist with filling out applications, identifying local memberships and associations, agencies, etc. This position will be working with real estate brokers who have to obtain their MLS to help navigate through the process. Will receive up to 1,000 emails per day. Will navigate and decide what action should be taken.

Position requires someone with strong computer and organizational skills. Best candidates have some knowledge of Mortgage Lending roles and/or experience with the use Multiple Listing Services (MLS).

Must have:
Min. 1 year in some type of clerical capacity role.

Must be detail oriented (will be filling out standard templates and SOPs), and strong communication skills.
Must have experience with: MS Suite (specifically outlook, Word and Excel), Adobe and Docusign.

Experience with Notepad, Salesforce (CMS program), smartsheets and Air Table (tracking tool) are pluses.
