Weekly Pay! $85.71/Hour Description: Experience as a Project Manager focused on Talent Acquisition, Talent Optimization Experience in global Workday HCM Implementations Recruiting Expertise: Ability to brainstorm and develop future-state structures and best practices for recruiting strategies. Implement and stand up these strategies. Program Office Leadership: Establish and lead a PMO for Talent Acquisition, including vendor management and EVP. Assess and allocate necessary resources. Project Leadership: Guide and coordinate projects, ensuring cross-collaboration. Proficiency in PM Tools: Experience with Smartsheet, Teams, SharePoint, and Workday System. Day to Day: We are hiring for a Remote Project Manager focused on talent acquisition optimization and global Workday HCM optimization for a yearlong contract. This person has core focus areas: Optimize talent acquisition processes alongside a global HCM project, aiming for a centralized system across global locations by July 2025. Review and improve the TA recruiting cycle, focusing on structure, process, and technology. Workday HCM familiarity at the U.S. and global level. Talent acquisition optimization, project that runs alongside a global HCM project that is allowing the global locations to be on one centralized system (recruitment exit). Today, the U.S. is the only org that is on Workday all modules. They are planned to go live end of summer next year July 2025 for global implementation/go live of HCM. Current State: TA optimization components: Structure (Specific to US) Process (Specific to US) Technology (Global) Ensure TA recruiting cycle is reviewed and improved. ORG: Corporate & Field TA teams. RPO on field side high volume roles. Recruitment today is tied to function: Supply Chain/IT/Finance/Manufacturing/Commercial Drivers Details: Gaps, make the recommendation Structure ? function ? are they aligned and structured correctly, what is best practice Process ? Global HCM is taken care of ? local design (less of a lift there) Manual items outside of workday How to automate items Hand offs of HCM processes need to be reduce and continuous improvement Technology ? Biggest gap: interview scheduling tool ? TAPs handle the process manually (sourcing, recruiting to ready to hire) àpass of to another team for onboarding Help find a scheduling tool and make best recommendation ? is there anything else? That process would have to go through RFP Possible post-go live of HCM messaging tool Global tool |
