About the Role: JobsRUs.com is seeking a detail-oriented and people-centric Human Resources Representative to join our dynamic team in Spencer, WI. This is an on-site, temporary role where you?ll play a crucial part in supporting our team by focusing on recruitment, positive employee relations, and process ownership within the local HR team. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and execute the recruiting plan. Ensure a positive candidate experience in partnership with our Talent Acquisition team. Foster a positive work environment and promote employee engagement. Address employee concerns and conduct investigations as necessary. Manage local HR processes and maintain accurate employee records. Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new hires. Partner with leadership, HR, and Labor to ensure compliance with the collective bargaining agreement. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field with 1+ years of HR generalist experience preferred. Associate?s degree in a related field with 3+ years of experience may be considered. Experience: Experience in a union environment is preferred.
