Position: Material Handler Pay: $18 Location: Palmetto, GA Shifts: 5:00 PM - 3:30 AM Responsibilities and Duties: *Sit down lift or reach truck experience is a bonus. - Play a critical role in the supply chain and logistics process by ensuring that products are available to clients when needed, and that shipments are accurate, on time, and meet quality standards. - Safely load and unload materials manually or using equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or other conveyances. - Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to verify their quality, quantity, and condition, addressing any discrepancies immediately. - Organize and store materials systematically to maintain efficient warehouse operations. - Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. - Communicate effectively with supervisors and team leads to ensure smooth operations and resolve any issues promptly. - Assist with inventory management, including tracking stock levels and performing cycle counts as needed.
