Job Description
The Supply Planning Coordinator is responsible for supporting the supply planning process to ensure the availability of products across the supply chain. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, managing inventory levels, and working closely with various departments such as procurement, logistics, and production to meet demand requirements. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has strong analytical and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
Supply Planning: Assist in the development and execution of supply plans to meet demand forecasts. Monitor supply levels and ensure timely replenishment of inventory.
Inventory Management: Track and analyze inventory levels, safety stock, and reorder points to optimize stock levels and minimize stockouts or overstock situations.
Supplier Coordination: Communicate with suppliers to confirm order details, delivery schedules, and resolve any issues related to supply chain disruptions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align supply plans with overall business objectives.
Data Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data to provide insights and recommendations for improving supply chain efficiency.
Reporting: Prepare and present reports on supply status, inventory levels, and potential risks to management.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements within the supply planning function and contribute to the implementation of best practices.
Compliance: Ensure all supply planning activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and quality standards.

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, or a related role.
Previous experience in purchasing and working with suppliers. Knowledge of escalation and following up on parts orders, as well as inventory management and evaluation.
