Assembler 1, General
1st Shift: 6:00 am to 2:00pm M-Fri $12/hour
2nd Shift: 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm M-Fri $12.50/hour
3rd Shift: 10:00 pm to 6:00 am M-Fri $13/hour
4th Shift: 6:00 am to 6:00pm (Sa - Su) PT $15.50/hour


30 min paid lunch
Must attend orientation at 7:30AM on start date provided
2nd Interviews in person with the hiring manager

Job Duties

Under direct supervision, trains to perform duties related to the preparation and manufacture of active pharmaceutical ingredients, intermediates, and/or medical devices in accordance with standard operating procedures, as regulated by quality, environmental, and safety agencies (FDA, OSHA, etc.).

Responsibilities
Possess a basic understanding of production processes within the area of assignment and a working knowledge of manufacturing equipment.
Follow GMPs and standard operating procedures.
Transport materials of varying weight in accordance with established safety guidelines using material handling equipment and additional assistance as required.
Demonstrates adherence to safety procedures by monitoring personal and peer behaviors, work environment and housekeeping.
Performs all duties with attention to quality, safety, and environmental matters such as wearing appropriate personal protective equipment, identifying, reporting, and appropriately responding to hazards in the work area (spills/accidents/near misses), always maintaining proper housekeeping, and properly labeling and storing chemicals.


Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED preferred
2 months of work experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
Able to read, write, and understand Basic English preferred.
Operating skills of manufacturing equipment, tools, and hand/pallet jack is preferred.
Problem solving skills are highly preferred
