Pay Rate - $65-75/hr
Shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, or 10am-7pm. Must work in Pacific time zone

Job Description
Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area and required years of experience in the field or in a related area. Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. Works under immediate supervision. Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment. Typically reports to a manager.

Must have a minimum of 5 years of engineering experience with Python coding
Must have 1 ? 2 yrs experience with either JavaScript or Typescript (Front End & Backend work ratio is 50-50)
Must have 1 ? 2 yrs experience with either Angular or React
Must have 1 ? 2 yrs experience with some type of AWS (Amazon Dynamo DB aka DDB, AWS Lambda, AWS Step functions.
Not looking for Design skills.
Experience working with larger tech companies or any type of large firm (ie Amazon) is strongly desired but not a requirement.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and not afraid to speak up, ask questions or fearful to call someone out, if necessary.
Must have at least 1+ years in some type of prior technical leadership or lead role to be able to coach and assist junior level folks.
This role will be the right hand for current technical leadership.
Someone that is confident and fast in decision making but not arrogant.
