Weekly Pay! $26.64/Hour Shift Details: 7:00AM to 4:00PM DESCRIPTION: A customer service assistant is the primary point of contact between a business and its customers. If customers want to place an order, find information, get advice, return a purchase or make a complaint, they will invariably talk to a customer service assistant. The job is ubiquitous in business every company has customers to care for and may go by other titles, such as information assistant or retail assistant. Customer service assistants may work with customers by phone, online or in person. Top 3 Responsibilities: Order Management in SAP - SAP is a preferred skill - they can train on the software Customer Interaction and relationship management via phone and email - not necessarily a cost center environment - clients TBD - order management inquiries from their clients Order support in regards to warehousing and transportation for clients - make sure the correct product is getting to the correct customer and destination The right candidate will be personable - lots of issue resolution comes up in this role. SAP is a strong NICE TO HAVE but not a requirement Understanding in any ERP or Order Management system - so an ability to learn and pick up systems quickly Good Problem solving Skills! Ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 years of relevant work experience Degree preferred but not required in this role - if they convert, and they want to move around at Client and grow, then would need the degree - so always beneficial at Client! Michelle Hart, Courtney Quisenberry and Jesse Hall are looking to make this hire together- they will be hiring a total of 2 CWs among their total pools of candidates. They will utilize similar interviews/resumes to find the right individuals as same requirements for both roles, but different customers/opportunities. Interviews will be MS TEAMS Interview w Jesse and Courtney - 30 min with them together and or sep and can pick from the combined pool! Jesse doesn't have any vacations coming up! | |
