JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Technical Writer for our client in Dallas, TX! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! $35.21/Hour Monday-Friday 100% Remote but must be located in the Dallas area. Responsibilities: Develop, writes, and edits content for the People Centers Knowledge Base articles for use within Service Now. Prepares written documentation to transfer technical information about HR concepts, situations, products, services, or results to audiences with varying levels of technical knowledge. Collaborate with HR managers and specialists to gather the necessary information such as policies, procedures and guides. Translate complex HR policies into understandable, easy-to-read documents. Write user-friendly content that meets the needs of the target audience, turning insights language that sets our users up for success. Identify, review, and organize existing documentation to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency. Create easy-to-understand user interfaces texts, articles, online help and training guides. Ensure information is presented in a way that is easy to understand by diverse audiences. Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree in English, Technical Writing or a related field Experience in technical writing of HR-related documents. Excellent written and spoken English. Proficient in MS Office Suite. Several years of ServiceNow experience preferred. Experience writing clear and concise text, articles, reports, process guides, or other document types for various audiences. Ability to multi-task, be proactive, establish priorities and work independently or in teams. Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills. | |
