Pay Rate - $60-70/hr
Monday-Friday, 40 hours per week no overtime

Job Description
Plan, direct, or coordinate activities in such fields as engineering, research and development, financial systems and product roll-out, etc or any other non-IT based project. The technical skills include knowledge of production process and engineering technology.

Education/Experience
o Bachelor degree in Supply Chain or Engineering or a related field. PMI or PMP certification a plus.
o 10+ years experience required Responsibility level
o Exercises independent judgment and will likely to do without supervision

Skills
o Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills (Required)
o Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time (Required)
o Expert leadership and mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback (Required)
o Expert knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods (Typically required)
o Expert knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods (Required)
o Expert knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, etc. (Required)

Major Job Duties and Responsibilities:
o Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities
o Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients
o Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects
o Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures
o Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates
o Direct, review and approve product designs and changes
o Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications

Candidates with an Associate's Degree can be considered but must have extensive experience
Six Sigma Certification & Supply Chain Apex is a plus
Manufacturing and Recon experience is a plus
Candidates who have experience leading or managing in Supply Chain roles are welcome to apply
