Job Title: CNC Machinist/Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Location: [Client's Location] Shift: Mon - Friday |1st Shift 5:30AM - 2PM OR 2nd Shift 2PM - 10:30PM {First Day Hours: 8AM - 5PM } Job Duties: - Accurately read and interpret blueprints. - Set up and locate parts per instructions, ensuring required high precision tolerances. - Troubleshoot errors and adjust for variable conditions. - Conduct maintenance on Electric Discharge Machining (EDM) machines. - Follow all shop safety rules. - Schedule jobs to maximize unmanned machine hours. - Work well in a team environment or independently, maintaining a positive attitude. - Be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends as needed. Key Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. - 3+ years of experience with Electric Discharge Machining (EDM). - Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. - Ability to read and understand blueprints and CAD drawings. - Experience with precision measuring devices and quality inspection. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Flexible with shift work. - Journeyman certification and experience with Amada Profile Grinding machines are a plus. ## | |
