Job Title: CNC High-Speed Milling Machinist Pay Rate: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour Location: Lawrenceville, GA Shift: Mon - Thurs, 2PM - 10:30PM {First Day Hours: 8AM - 5PM} Job Duties: - Set up and operate precision CNC High-Speed Milling machines in accordance with safe work procedures. - Plan, schedule, and set up equipment and tools using various devices, machine attachments, and fixtures. - Machine precision steel parts and electrodes out of copper and graphite. - Ensure parts meet specifications using CMM, height gauges, micrometers, and other precision measuring devices. - Evaluate and ensure that parts meet dimensional and tolerance specifications. - Complete work orders and associated documentation. - Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operational and minimize downtime. - Maintain a safe and clean work environment by adhering to regulations and procedures. - Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in the operation process. Key Qualifications: - Minimum of a high school diploma or GED. - 3+ years of experience in high-speed milling. - Basic CAM knowledge. - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and CAD drawings. - Experience with precision measuring devices and quality inspection. - Strong time management and organizational skills. - Knowledge of health and safety regulations. - Flexible with rotating shift work. - Journeyman certification and experience with Mikron High-Speed Milling machines are a plus.## | |
