Weekly Pay! $26.00/Hour Shift details:7:00AM-1:00PM DESCRIPTION: Job Description: Will assist primarily in recruitment (back-end) process. Will schedule background checks, submit IT requests, and assist with onboarding. Will be responsible with scheduling interviews, assisting with interview and selection process, and filing. Will assist with other duties of the department as required. Education Requirements: High School Diploma/GED required, Associates and/or HR Certification is preferred. Additional Job Details: This position will focus heavily on recruitment/onboarding process. Prefer candidate with experience in manufacturing industry and high level of recruiting/onboarding experience. Prefer candidate with strong communication skills, personable, detail-oriented, and able to work in extremely fast-paced environment. Must be flexible based on needs of the organization. Candidate should be comfortable with Excel, Word, and Outlook. Yes, I plan to conduct interviews for this position (prefer in person). Other members of the HR team may participate based on availability. For the screening process, please focus on their ability to multi-task, computer/HRIS abilities, and recruiting/new hire processing experience. | |
