Position: Field Service Technician Pay: $21.00/hour Location: Brunswick, GA Shift: Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, overtime, flex shifts, and on-call. Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced **Field Service Technician** to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair ATMs in a remote field service environment. You will be responsible for diagnosing problems, performing repairs, and ensuring the accurate and timely completion of service reports. This position requires travel to multiple locations daily, and you must have strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience in field service environments is required, and you will need to manage inventory and follow strict safety procedures when working with ATMs in financial institutions. Key Responsibilities: - Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and component replacements at the module level for ATMs. - Maintain accurate parts inventory and related records. - Diagnose issues based on error logs and call information. - Provide status reports throughout service repairs and ensure SLA agreements are met. - Follow security safety procedures while working with ATMs and financial institutions. - Complete NCR-specific training and certifications. - Ensure accurate and timely reporting of calls and activities. Physical Requirements: - May require bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for prolonged periods. - May require carrying and lifting a tool kit/parts weighing 1-50 lbs. - Daily travel of up to 200 miles may be required. - Rotating shifts, nights, and weekends may be required. Required Qualifications: - High School Diploma or equivalent. - 0-1 years of related field service experience. - Reliable transportation and a smartphone (Android or iPhone). - Basic tools, including #1 and #2 flathead and Phillips screwdrivers. - Basic electrical and mechanical aptitude. Preferred Qualifications: - Associate degree preferred. - Previous experience with NCR or similar equipment. - Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical abilities. |
