Seeking to hire Packaging Operator for our client in Oklahoma City, OK 73107.

Benefits and weekly pay available

16.00 per hour

Monday to Friday

The primary function of a Assembler Packaging Operator is to prepare, clean, inspect, and package products in a controlled environment and other properly designated area such as a nonsterile packaging bench.

This role may also include boxing and palletizing packaged products and preparing them for release as non-sterile or sterile. Must be able to comply with all governing rules including S.N.E. policies and procedures and adhere to safety and cleanliness practices in the work place.

This position requires an individual to participate within a team environment and take direction from a team coordinator, leader, supervisor or manager.

Complies with all health, safety and environmental policies, procedures and job hazard assessments applicable to specified job activities including medical evaluations as required by job function.
Responsibilities

Assemble and package medical products using but not limited to the following methods:
Read and understand product specifications and blue prints.

Verify components for count, quantity, and revision.
Clean components in preparation for packaging.
Bond, wind, crimp, press, split, cut, etc. materials to assemble products.
Generate and affix labels to properly identify materials.

Seal products using various heat sealing machines and materials such as: Tyvek, mylar, PET, PEG, foil, nonsterile plastic, blister traynpouchnpackaging configurations, and or form fill seal machines.
o Box and package product for shipment to sterilizer.

Perform other related duties as follows

Assist in rework as needed.
Work with quality and materials group to help trim or sort components.
Other related duties as assigned.


Complete and understand documentation needed to comply with S.N.E. policies, Quality Manual and procedures including but not limited to
FDA, QSR and various domestic and international standards and regulations.
Company policies and procedures.
Perform work transactions and bar code scanning where applicable.

Work in a team environment using the following skills
Communication both by verbal and written means.
Listening, collaborating and getting along with others.

High School education or equivalent required.

Licenses and Certifications
None

Experience
Some clean room or medical packaging experience desired.

Competences
Requires ability to assemble and handle small components.
Must be able to read and write English and have Basic math skills.

Physical Demands
Must be able to lift and handle materials up to 35 lbs.
Must be able to perform duties while standing entire shift depending on role.
Must be able to perform duties while sitting entire shift depending on role.
