Position Details: On Site Salary: $30.00/HR Position Summary: Support ongoing DOT and OSHA medical compliance efforts in NYS. Support internal employee with: 1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting on onsite medical exams including. a. DOT physicals including needed submittals to DMV b. Audiograms including all notifications to employees supervisors and managers c. OSHA Respirator Fit Tests d. Asbestos and Lead related exams as needed e. Creating the 2025 exam plan and schedule a. Submit needed records for MVRs. Requirements: Support internal employee with: 1. Scheduling, tracking, reporting on onsite medical exams including. 2. Working with the client's third party admin on the implementation of Drug and Alcohol Program and DOT Commercial Drivers Program a. Submit needed records for MVRs. b. Support internal resource in making notifications and arrangements for on site random drug testing. c. Support DOT statistical reporting Education: Minimum HS diploma or GED required, prefer associates degree. Required 3-5 years clerical experience with a preference for past compliance and DOT experience | |
