Job Title: Payroll/HR Coordinator Location: Carlisle, PA Employer: JobsRUs.com (Hiring for our client) Duration: 3 ? 4 month project Pay: $25 Schedule: Monday ? Friday, 7:00 AM ? 3:30 PM (flexible start and end times). May be required to work on holidays. Overview: We are looking for an organized and proactive Payroll/HR Coordinator to manage payroll and HR processes for our client?s Carlisle Dairy Facility. As the primary contact for all payroll and HR matters, this role requires an individual with a strong customer service focus, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. You?ll support site leaders, manage employee records, oversee onboarding and time-off processes, and ensure smooth operations while maintaining confidentiality. Key Responsibilities: ? Serve as the main contact for payroll, employee records, and HR support. ? Partner with managers and employees to resolve issues, ensuring timecards are accurate and submitted on time. ? Run and review bi-weekly payroll reports, handle exceptions, and take corrective actions. ? Process absences according to Plant Attendance Policy and CBA. ? Analyze and input payroll data accurately and in a timely manner. ? Conduct new hire orientation and train employees on timekeeping processes. ? Manage employee records and track orientation schedules. ? Handle plant communications (emails, mailboxes) and assist with internal communications. Requirements: Education & Experience (Required): ? Associate Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with 2+ years of HR and/or payroll experience, OR High School Diploma with 4+ years of HR/payroll experience. Skills (Required): ? Excellent customer service and communication skills. ? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. ? Strong organizational skills with a process-improvement mindset. ? Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment and work independently. Education & Experience (Preferred): ? Bachelor?s Degree in Human Resources Management. ?
