Shift Details: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM

Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to produce according to the relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) of the production unit to ensure the supply of high-quality products.
Document all activities according to good documentation practices to comply with internal and International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards
Document all use of the relevant chemicals to comply with regulations on waste management including hazardous waste management
Share ideas on possible process improvements and discuss dangers to product quality, process efficiency or process robustness to ensure continuous improvement of products and processes
Conduct in-process control of semi-finished goods to ensure product quality
Keep track of stock levels of raw materials and semi-finished goods to ensure in-time communication to procurement on demand for production
Maintain the production area according to the 5S standard to ensure an efficient and effective workplace
Train and develop new staff for them to reach the required qualification level to perform well in their job
Follow production schedule provided by supervisor and calculate the required amount of raw materials according to the batch record and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure product performance and product quality criteria are met
Produce and coordinate production of semi-finished products independently and within the requirements of in-process controls to ensure efficient work flow and required product quality
Count inventory to ensure its correctness

Knowledge and educational level
Knowledge of GMP and SOPs.
Mechanical skills a plus
Weights and measures experience
