Our growing company is seeking an HR Generalist to manage essential HR functions, including onboarding, offboarding, benefits, bill reconciliation, and data entry into the payroll system. The ideal candidate will ensure that these processes run smoothly and effectively to support the organization?s HR operations. Monday-Friday 8 am-4:30 pm Health, Dental, Vision, 401-k. Duties/Responsibilities: Facilitates the onboarding process for new employees, including preparation and management of all necessary documentation. Ensures that Form I-9 and E-Verify are completed and accurate for every employee. Manages the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Administers and processes employee wage garnishments in compliance with legal requirements. Communicates with employees regarding garnishment orders and deductions. Processes 401k requests and communicates with employees regarding 401k. Enters personnel data into Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains. Reviews and reconciles HR benefits bills and invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment. Manage all aspects of internal employees in Connecteam. Addresses employee inquiries and resolves issues related to HR policies, procedures, and programs. Ensures compliance with company policies, as well as local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations. Maintains and updates employee records and HR documentation. Processes mail for internal employees at corporate. Performs other related duties as assigned. Required Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and professionalism. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to maintain records and produce accurate reports. Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate?s or Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or a related field are highly preferred. At least two to three years of related experience is required. Must be able to maintain patience and understanding towards an extremely diverse workforce |
