Remote Position Moderate to heavy travel may be required up to 50% of the time. $61.00/Hour EDUCATION ? Bachelor?s Degree preferred EXPERIENCE ? 3-5 years of surgical environment background or related experience ?Hospital surgical operations, or IT experience a plus ?Meditech 5.6 experience a plus CERTIFICATE/LICENSE ? PMP and / or LEAN certifications preferred, but not required Job Summary ? The Sr. Manager Implementation Coordinator works under the supervision of a Senior Project Manager, Project Director, or Senior Project Director. This individual serves as a single point of accountability to provide onsite and remote project support for multiple facilities while implementing standardized procedures across the HCA enterprise. Secondarily the Implementation Coordinator is expected to engage in rescheduling of all future surgical cases in the Meditech 5.6 environment. The Implementation Coordinator must demonstrate a strong commitment to stakeholder relationships by proactively communicating and taking ownership of risks/issues and facilitating effective outcomes in a timely manner. Key Interactions ? Business owners from any / all service lines. Duties (included but not limited to): ? Manage and communicate a clear project scope and motivate team members ? Manage business owner(s) and team member(s) relationships to accomplish project activities ? Proactively identify and manage risks and issues ? Monitor and report on project activities and report on status within published timeline ? Proactively manage deliverables and change management activities ? Coach team members to clarify task assignments, milestones, and deliverables ? Facilitates decision making among stakeholders ? Ensures project results meet requirements Knowledge, Skills & Abilities ?
