Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the receipt of incoming materials, managing inventory, and processing outgoing shipments in a fast-paced, safety-conscious environment. You will play a key role in ensuring timely deliveries, accurate documentation, and maintaining the smooth flow of goods within the warehouse. Additionally, you will be responsible for inventory control and performing cycle counts to ensure accurate stock levels. Shift: Mon-Fri|8:00AM-5:00PM Payrate: $19.00/hour Key Responsibilities: Warehouse Operations: Receive and process incoming deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation and timely delivery to the appropriate department or warehouse location. Inventory Management: Perform daily and monthly cycle counts of raw materials, molded components, and finished goods to verify inventory accuracy. Initiate inventory adjustments and resolve discrepancies as needed. Shipping & Receiving: Coordinate and process outgoing shipments, including loading trucks and preparing packages for timely dispatch with the appropriate logistics services. Material Handling: Operate forklifts, walkie riders, order selectors, or pallet jacks to move materials within the warehouse, following all safety protocols. Waste & Loss Minimization: Ensure proper handling and storage of materials, minimizing waste and inventory loss, while ensuring movement is captured accurately in the inventory system (e.g., Oracle). Regulatory Compliance: Maintain the facility and work environment in accordance with GMP standards, company policies, and all relevant regulations. Non-Conformance Management: Assist with managing non-conforming materials (NCMRs) by helping to locate and move them to the rework area and collaborating with the team to resolve any outstanding issues. Documentation & Reporting: Accurately document all materials, deliveries, and shipments, and follow up on discrepancies or issues as needed. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: Material Handling: Experience with shipping, loading, and off-loading trailers, and familiarity with commercial invoices and international shipments. Equipment Certification: Forklift and material handling equipment operator certification required. Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), and experience working with warehouse management software (e.g., Oracle, or similar systems). Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and collaborate effectively with team members. Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of inventory management and shipping/receiving. Education & Experience: Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related warehouse or logistics experience required. Physical Requirements & Work Environment: Must be able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs. regularly. The position may require extended periods of standing, walking, and operating forklifts or other material handling equipment. Work will be conducted in a warehouse environment with exposure to various materials, machinery, and potential safety hazards. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) will be provided. ## |
