JobsRUs.com. is seeking to hire a Selector for our client in Richmond VA! Benefits Available! Weekly Pay! 18.00 Per Hour Sunday to Thursday, starting at 2 PM until work is complete Cooler and freezer work environment Overview We?re looking for experienced Order Selectors to pick, prepare, and organize customer orders for shipment. You will use an electric pallet jack and forklift to retrieve products from warehouse racks, assemble pallets, and transport them to the shipping area. Safety, accuracy, and efficiency are key in this role. Job Responsibilities Select and place products onto pallets based on order sheets. Operate electric pallet jacks and forklifts safely and efficiently. Transport completed pallets to the shipping dock and prepare them for shipment shrink wrap, label, etc.. Perform equipment safety checks and inspections before use. Wear required safety gear and follow all safety guidelines. Meet productivity and accuracy standards. Keep the work area safe and report any hazards. Replace or recharge equipment batteries as needed. Secure equipment and complete paperwork at the end of your shift. Perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements Experience At least one year as an Order Selector using an electric pallet jack and forklift with a single employer. Ability to work in cooler and freezer conditions. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures. If you dont speak English, arrangements can be made notify us in advance. This is a team oriented role, and you?ll need to adapt to different tasks to support company operations.
