We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Material Handler to join our dynamic team in the Medical Devices industry. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the efficient movement of materials and products throughout our facility. As a Material Handler, your daily tasks will involve receiving, storing, and distributing medical device components, while adhering to strict safety and quality standards. You will work closely with various departments, ensuring that materials are properly handled, tracked, and managed to support production schedules and meet customer demands. Your contribution will directly impact our ability to provide high-quality medical products that improve patient outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Rotating swing shifts (2-3-2) 6:30AM-6:30PM- $19/hr -or- 6:30PM-6:30AM- $20.33/hr Benefits: Medical, vision, dental, 401k, additional employee benefits. The Material Handler supports Production by moving, transferring and pulling orders needed to support Production. The Material Handler performs inventory transactions in Oracle and delivers products to production to complete work order. Essential Duties & Responsibilities -Stage Materials in designated areas and maintain organization and clean work environment at all times -Move finished goods from staging hall to warehouse to ensure area is clear -Reconcile work orders and ensure correct materials are issued and all transaction has been performed -Operate Forklift, Walkie Rider, Order selector or pallet jack as needed to provide materials to Production areas -Weigh, verify, and stock returns from production back to the warehouse or Kanban locations. -Perform Daily Cycle counts as instructed -Fix Oracle errors as needed Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications -Must be able to read, write, perform basic calculations, and navigate through complex computer programs accurately -Must have good oral and written skills and able to work with minimum supervision -Must have open availability and able to work 12 Hour rotating schedule if needed -High School diploma or GED equivalent -One year or more related experience preferred -Forklift experience is required Additional skils -Oracle experience preferred -Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) Education and Experience ? Minimum Qualifications -Must be able to use computer or touch screen to enter work order data -Must be able to occasionally move and lift objects of up to 40 lbs -Must be able to work around automated robots and heavy equipment | |
