Shift: (12 hr) rotating shift|6:30AM-6:30PM 2-2-3 schedule style Pay: $18/hour Benefits: Health, Dental Vision Insurance 401k Weekly Pay (every friday) Supplemental Health Insurance Position Summary: The Inspector/Packer will be responsible for inspecting, weighing, packaging, and sorting medical molded plastic components to ensure they meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks while adhering to safety and quality protocols. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Maintain a clean and organized work area. Use hand tools, fixtures, and/or equipment to manually assemble small parts. Inspect products visually to identify defects and sort items accordingly. Ensure accurate documentation of production records and work orders. Weigh, count, package, and label finished products as required. Follow procedures and work instructions to meet quality standards. Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications: Ability to read and understand work procedures and instructions. Good hand/eye coordination with strong manual dexterity. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with inventory management systems is a plus. Ability to focus on detail and maintain a high standard of quality. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED required. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Minimum Qualifications: Must be at least 18 years of age. Physical Requirements and Work Environment: Work is performed in a clean room environment. Ability to sit or stand for long periods, depending on the machine being operated. Frequent use of computers or touchscreens to enter work order data. Must be able to occasionally lift and move objects up to 25 lbs. ## | |
