DESCRIPTION

What You?ll Do:
As a Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our electronic equipment is processed accurately and efficiently.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Scanning & Recording: Use electronic scanning equipment to track assets through various systems.
Inspection & Testing: Inspect, grade, and test consumer electronics such as laptops, computers, smartwatches, cameras, and more.
Verification: Ensure hardware meets specifications by analyzing and recording test data.
Processing: Sort and manually disassemble electronic equipment, ensuring components are correctly placed in specified containers.
Data Protection: Strictly verify data erasure and product resets to protect consumer information.
Adherence to Standards: Follow process work instructions and standard operating procedures, maintaining compliance with ISO standards.
Performance Goals: Meet established performance, quality, and safety targets.
Maintenance: Keep warehouse tools, machinery, and workstations in top condition.
Security & Cleanliness: Uphold physical security protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
Team Support: Assist warehouse staff and participate in operations meetings to ensure a positive and efficient workflow.

What You Bring:
To excel in this role, you should have:
Education: High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
Language Skills: Ability to read, speak, and understand English (preferred).
Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of consumer electronics and the ability to follow setup and testing instructions.
Computer Skills: Ability to operate computers and navigate the web with ease.
Attention to Detail: Perform precise data entry and visually inspect assets for defects.
Time Management: Work semi independently and manage your time effectively.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, stoop, reach, and handle products throughout your shift.
Warehouse Savvy: Comfortable working in an environment exposed to varying temperatures, dust, pollen, fumes, and noise.
