Weekly Pay! $32.00/Hour Shift Details: 7:00PM - 7:30AM DESCRIPTION Client Electronics has an opening for Gas and Chemical Project Technicians for its team in Santa Clara, CA. The individual will be responsible for supporting and leading the technical demands of the site gas or chemical equipment. They will ensure compliance with operation and maintenance procedures, emergency preparedness, and drive flawless execution. A subject matter expert for gas, chemical, and slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution. The individuals will be a part of the onsite Project and equipment team and will support the gas and chemical operations in 11 buildings throughout Santa Clara and Sunnyvale. The Technician will support and lead the technical challenges for over 2000 pieces of distribution equipment of various types and vendors. You will ensure compliance when writing, editing, and executing operating and maintenance procedures and drive a ZERO safety or quality incident culture. A subject matter expert for gas, chemical, or slurry equipment, providing technical support and problem resolution. The individual will also be involved in project and sustaining operations, Basic Safety Processes, quality management, preventative maintenance, and training. They will support the installation, decommissioning, troubleshooting, and repair of all Client Electronics Gas Systems, Applied Energy Systems gas systems, Fuji liquid delivery systems, Air Liquide Gas, and Chemical systems. The individual must be capable of performing cylinder and drum changes on all chemical and gas systems and perform complex troubleshooting and problem resolution for all equipment. Must demonstrate quality and comprehensive knowledge of gas or chemical applications in wafer fabrication and emergency response. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in maintenance or as an equipment technician or in a mechanical or electronic environment is a plus Previous experience with chemical and gas distribution equipment is helpful but not a must Proficient with MS Office Suite Military training is welcomed Strong technical aptitude Excellent communication skills Minimum Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent |
