Job Title: Packaging Technician I Pay Rate: $24/hr Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Benefits: 401K Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Weekly Pay every Friday Drug Test: Required Steel-Toed Shoes: Required Interview: In-person with hiring manager on site after prescreening has been completed. Job Summary: The Packaging Technician I is responsible for performing routine bottling, labeling, and packaging tasks according to established procedures. This role requires the ability to understand and complete packaging documentation, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and meet departmental production goals. Key Responsibilities: Learn and execute basic packaging processes, including bottling, bagging, labeling, and inventory management. Operate pipettes, scales, and other packaging equipment. Meet daily/weekly production goals while maintaining high-quality standards. Independently organize schedules to meet departmental objectives. Support material management, including storing and staging supplies. Input data into SAP or other production systems. Adhere to Environmental, Health, and Safety (EH&S) policies and report unsafe conditions. Lift 20-30 pounds safely (with assistance as needed). Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED. 0-2 years of relevant experience required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
