Pay Rate - $30/hr Job Description Description of the work including key skills needed to perform the work: -Manage ticket assignments for incoming request in our ServiceNow (Answers) ticketing system -Complete historical edits for attendance and leave -Maintain time system audits -Manage incoming queries from call center phone Skills: -Experience supporting enterprise software applications preferred but not required (eTime/Kronos/Oracle/SAP Human Resources/Payroll/Time and Labor) -Strong Customer Support Excellence skills focusing on: -Delivering support within agreed timelines to high standard -Excellent verbal and written communication skills -Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask. -Team oriented with the ability to work independently. |
